Hi! My name is Janice Goodnight. Maui has been home for my family for almost 20 years. Having had hands-on experience with life in the islands, I can offer you a wealth of information that you might find helpful if you are planning on making Maui your new home. I have been a homeowner both Upcountry and in South Maui, and am well acquainted with island-style housing and each area´s unique characteristics. Originally from Southern California, I grew up loving the ocean. Maui was a natural transition for me.  Things I love to do? Paddle canoe, walk the beach with my Labrador, entertain a house full of my kids and their friends, and be the camera crew, filming my favorite surfers, my husband and my two awesome kids.   Please allow me the privilege to assist you with your real estate needs, whether you are considering buying or selling.  My relaxed, no-pressure approach will put you at ease.  I value honesty and integrity above all else and always have my client´s best interests in mind.
